This is the perfect start to our challenge theme for the month of July. I found this image on Pinterest and thought it was the perfect addition to this post!
I am a transplanted Midwesterner living in the Deep South....if you can call Florida the South. I lived in Chicago 40 years, South Carolina 4 years and am in Florida now for good. I am the proud mom to 2 grown sons -- Matt and Adam -- and Grandma to 4 wonderful grandchildren...Jacob, Cole, Abby and lil' Isabelle Grace. Grandchildren are definitely the frosting on the cupcake of life! My family still lives in the Chicago area and I miss them everyday. I love to scrap, make cards and repurpose (or "upcycle") items I find on my weekly trips to the local thrift store. On a professional note I am in sales for the country's largest supplier of building and roofing materials at least until I retire in 5 more years. I adore my patient and loving husband .....he makes me laugh every day and keeps me young. We share our home with an ornery Quaker parrot named Max and 2 young cockatiels named Eko and Lola.We love to travel and work around the house.
