Hello, everyone, and Happy October 1st! I can't believe that it is already time to introduce our October Guest Designers!
For October we have two talented scrappers joining us. Please help us give a warm welcome to Jane and Lynda!
I have been scrapping now for over fifteen years using this wonderful craft as both my creative outlet and a way to preserve my family’s precious memories. My hobby has become somewhat of an obsession and is now a very large part of my life – my overflowing craft space can attest to that! My personal layout style has evolved over the years and while I will happily try a mix of varied products and techniques, I do tend to lean towards a clean, relatively simple style with heavy emphasis on white space. I like to capture not only those special events in the lives of my family but also our everyday moments too. I am a major fan of challenges and am particularly drawn to gaining inspiration from mood boards and colour themes for my pages.

Hi, I’m Lynda. I’m excited to introduce myself this month as a guest designer here at Lasting Memories Layout Challenges. I have 2 grown children, as well as 1 granddaughter & another on the way. We all live in Kentucky. I am a semi-retired speech pathologist. I have been scrapbooking for about 20 years. I love to make not only layouts but cards & mini-albums also. I find most of my inspiration from photos & patterned paper. I like doing challenges because they make me step out of my comfort zone. Most of my creations are posted at instagram.com/scraphousemom.
