LM #470 - Mixed Bag - Anything Goes with a Fall or Halloween Theme

Good Sunday morning! It's the last weekend of October - can you believe it?! This month has gone by pretty fast. Next week we will be bringing you a new theme and a new set of challenges!

Before we get to our last challenge of the month I wanted to let you all know that starting in November we will be posting regularly to our Facebook page. Here's the final challenge of October...our theme for this month has been "Mixed Bag" meaning our challenges have been a little bit of everything! Our last challenge of the month is:

LM #470 - Anything Goes with a Fall or Halloween theme.

We know that not everyone celebrates Halloween and our friends in the Southern Hemisphere are more in spring mode than fall, so feel free to create a fall or Halloween themed layout OR use colors associated with fall or Halloween on a layout of anything, so think red, yellow, orange, brown, green for fall, and purple, yellow, orange, lime green, etc.

LM #469 - Mixed Bag - Icon Paper

Hello, everyone! Happy Sunday to you! I hope you are having a good weekend!

We are back today with our fourth challenge of the month. Our theme for October is 'Mixed Bag' and that means our challenges will be a little bit of everything. This week's challenge is all about icon paper - those cute little images that may, or may not, be easy for you to use.

LM #469 -Icon Paper - let's pull out some of those icon papers and use them on a layout. Think papers with unicorns, cactus, rainbows, popsicles/ice cream, pineapples, etc.

LM #468 - Mixed Bag - Word Challenge 'CRISP'

Hello, hello! Welcome back to Lasting Memories! We are so happy that you are here today! We are back with a new challenge for you.

Our theme for October is 'Mixed Bag' which means our challenges will be a little bit of everything. This week's challenge:

LM #468 - Word Challenge "Crisp"

Fall is in full swing here in the Northern Hemisphere and the mornings and evenings can feel pretty "crisp" Include an item on your layout for every letter in the word "crisp'.

Think embellishments, manufacturers, themes, etc. Be sure to let us know what items you used for each letter. 

Examples:

 C- chipboard, cats, camping, children in the photos, Carta Bella, Crate Paper, clusters, etc.

R - rainbow, red,

I - Ink, indigo, Illustrated Faith, ice cream, etc.

S - stripes, stickers, stars, summer, spring, silver, Simple Stories, etc.

P - patterned paper, polka dots, party, pool, pink, Pink fresh, etc.

Introducing Our Guest Designer For October

Hello, everyone! I hope you are having a good Saturday!
It is almost a new month and tomorrow we will be kicking off a new set of challenges along with a new theme, so today we are introducing our talented Guest Designer for October - Lori Kobular! Here's a little about Lori:

Hi!  My name is Lori and I have lived my whole life in New Jersey!  I am married to my wonderful and supportive husband Wayne for 39 years.  We have two daughters, Julie and Jenna.  Julie just turned 32 and Jenna is 24 and I love scrapbooking about our lives!  It is my biggest passion!  I started scrapbooking when I was in grade school and then stopped for a while.  I went to a Creative Memories Class in 1997 and that class rekindled my love of scrapbooking!  I have been scrapbooking ever since!  I became a Creative Memories Consultant and I am currently on several Design Teams making cards!  When I am not scrapping I am making cards!   I love going to Crops so that I can work on my albums without any interruptions!  I am so excited to be a Guest Designer for Lasting Memories Challenge Blog!  It is one of my favorite Challenge Blogs to participate in!
