Hello fellow scrapbookers!!! Welcome to "Lasting Memories" which is all about LAYOUTS!! Yes, JUST layouts! There are no cards allowed here. We have weekly themed challenges, but you have the whole month to get in on the fun! Our challenges begin each Sunday at 8am EST and all 4 challenges will end on the date listed on the sidebar at 6pm EST. At month's end, we will choose a GDT to join us for a month! Only one entry per challenge, and no back-linking is allowed since we would love to know that we "challenged" you. We look forward to challenging you and helping you get your pages completed!

LM #639 - Mood Board/Color Palette - Ruff Ruff Rescue

Hello, everyone! Welcome back to Lasting Memories - we are so happy that you have stopped by today. I can't believe it is already time for our last challenge of the month.

Before we get to this week's challenge, I want to say a big thank you to Julene for being our guest designer for February. It has been a pleasure working with Julene and I know I have enjoyed seeing her beautiful work each week.

LM #636 - Mood Board/Color Palettes - Fast Cars

Hello, everyone! Happy Sunday! It's the start of a new month and that means we have a new theme and a new round of challenges for you!

Our February theme and challenges are courtesy of design team member, Brandi, and she has come up with some beautiful mood boards/color palettes. Here is what Brandi has to say about this month's theme:

"These are a few of my boys' favorite things" - As a stay-at-home-mama to two little boys, my world is full of all things BOY. I'm constantly looking for new inspiration when it comes to creating layouts about them & their interests, so I created these fun mood boards/color palettes based on a few of their favorite things! I hope you're inspired by at least one aspect of the board, if anything they sure are fun color schemes.

LM #635 - New Year Challenges - Traditions

Hello and welcome back to Lasting Memories! We are so happy that you have stopped by today. It is time for our last challenge of the month.

Our theme for January has been - New year challenges - and we have been focusing on the year that has passed and the new year that's ahead. For our last challenge of the month, Lauren is challenging us to scrap those traditions.

Cheryl scrapped about a long-standing tradition in her town - waiting for the fire truck to come to their house on Christmas morning bringing Santa and little gifts for all of the kids.

LM #634 - New Year Challenges - One Little Word

Hello and welcome back to Lasting Memories! We are so happy that you have stopped by today. Are you ready for a new challenge?

Our theme for January has been - New Year Challenges - and we have been focusing on the year that has passed and the new year that's ahead. This week's challenge is:

LM #634 - Word of the year - Many people follow Ali Edward's "One Little Word" (https://aliedwards.com/one-little-word-2022) and use their word to focus their intentions for the year. Choose your word and create a layout using it as the title.

We are pretty light on the inspiration this week, but we hope that doesn't stop you from playing along! There is a lot of great content out there on this subject and you do not have to subscribe to the One Little Word class to play along.

LM #633 - New Year Challenges - Title Pages

Hello, hello! Welcome back to Lasting Memories! We are so happy that you have stopped by today. We hope you have had a good week and that you are ready for a new challenge!

For January our theme is - New year challenges - and we are focusing on the year that has passed and the new year that's ahead. Our third challenge is going to be all about those title pages.

LM #633 - Title page - many scrapbookers create an album for each year. This week, we're creating a title page for one of our albums (it could be a yearly album, travel album, baby album, school album, etc.).
