Thanksgiving is almost upon us here in the United States, and I am grateful for each one of you who plays along with our challenges and shares your previous memories with us! Today is the last challenge for November, and it seems like it was a hard theme for everyone (or you all were super busy), so you will be thankful that next month's challenges are pretty easy.
November is Picture Book Month, so the challenge was to find inspiration from the picture books I selected, a mix of children's classics and one that my son loved when he was young. You can be inspired by anything about the book, from the storyline to the artwork to the title font, or anything else that speaks to you!
LM #778 - Be inspired by Madeline.
I'm including a link to the book in case you are not familiar with it. It has the complete text and pictures.
Here is the inspiration from our design team, starting with our guest designer.
November GDT Nelya
She was inspired by the many monochromatic pages that use only black, white and yellow.
I was inspired by the colors on the cover, the little girls' hats, the two straight lines, and a quote from the book.
Hopefully the design team's inspiration made your mojo start flowing, because now it's your turn! Link up your layouts to the linky below by Saturday, November 29th at 10 PM EST for a chance to be our guest designer for an upcoming month.
Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today. We can't wait to see what you create!
Please include your name and the challenge number in your link-up description. Only one link-up per challenge.
