Hello fellow scrapbookers!!! Welcome to "Lasting Memories" which is all about LAYOUTS!! Yes, JUST layouts! There are no cards allowed here. We have weekly themed challenges, but you have the whole month to get in on the fun! Our challenges begin each Sunday at 8am EST and all 4 challenges will end on the date listed on the sidebar at 6pm EST. At month's end, we will choose a GDT to join us for a month! Only one entry per challenge, and no back-linking is allowed since we would love to know that we "challenged" you. We look forward to challenging you and helping you get your pages completed!

Challenge #9 - Fancy Folds or Folders (Pockets)

Good morning everyone!! Hope everyone has enjoyed their wknd and ready to get into some scrapbooking! So, I was looking at our visitor counter today and WOW! We're over 1000 hits! Thank you SO much for visiting us! We'd like to thank you with a little blog candy this week. How do you enter? As you visit our blogs, some of us will be giving away some candy along the way. All you have to do is leave a comment. If you'd like to share with your friends, that would be great too! All winners will be announced with next weeks challenge.

This week's challenge is "Fancy Folds or Folders (Pockets)". What does that mean? Well, fancy paper folds could be turning down your corners, making a flower, anything you like! What's a folder? Well, this could be an embossing FOLDER or it could be a little folder to hold some memorabilia! It's all up to you! I've added some links from You Tube with some great tutorials and ideas to get you started. We can't wait to see what you create!! Be sure to link your creation below in order to be considered for the Top 3 by Saturday, Oct 9th at 9pm EST. Here's some inspiration from the DT to get your creative minds going!
